Job Summary
A 3rd shift Hatch Team Member is needed for Hatchery 1 in Oakwood. Shift hours are 5-day work week, rotating weekdays and weekends from 7:00pm-6:00am. Starting hourly rate is $18.95 with potential increase to $19.20 after 90 days. Additional pay includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance).
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, sometimes above head
Job Functions
- Transferring eggs and pulling hatch as instructed
- Cleaning and/or disinfecting processing room, walls, holding room, incubators and loading bays
- Setting up processing line and assisting in the loading of poult trucks
