Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare and serve Dunkin’ beverages and food items according to brand standards
• Accurately handle cash, credit, mobile orders, and loyalty transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and workstations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Restock products and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders to meet service goals
• Uphold Dunkin’ brand standards and store policies at all times

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $13 per hour
• Tips: Crew members typically earn $8 to $20 per hour in tax-free tips, depending on shift and store volume
• Opportunities for advancement into Shift Leader and Management roles
