Role Overview
We average 1000 tons per harvest. Responsibilities include Crush/Press, Receiving, Sort, Operate, Movement, Additions, Cap Management, Cleaning, Barrel Work, MOX, and Flotation. Other related duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education: Winemaking and Viticulture Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Less than 1 year
- Certifications & Designations: ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, GMP, Winemaking, and WHMIS
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong ability to follow written instructions
- Effective communication skills
- Strong People skills and a team player
- Multitasking
- Goal-oriented
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to work at heights (catwalk)
- Able to work within noisy work environments
- Outdoor work may be required, in all weather conditions

Pay
Budgeted Range – $18.50/hr. to $25.50/hr. The budgeted range will align with qualifications, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
