About the role

Team Members support clients with: All aspects of home and community life.
Ensuring consistent safety.
Providing a healthy and professional friendship.
Personal hygiene and dressing.
Scheduling, attending and reporting on medical and therapeutic appointments.
Shopping, cooking, and cleaning with the client.
Organizing consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment.

Requirements

• Drug screening.
• High school or equivalent (1 year preferred).
• Experience working with disabilities (not required).
• Driver's License required (reliable transportation and proof of insurance).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Presentation of a letter from a person and/or employer verifying experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of home healthcare and disability support services.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Part-time.
• Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
• Weekday and weekend schedules available.
