Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.

- Support dealership staff with communication and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred, especially in an automotive setting.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A professional appearance and demeanor, along with a friendly and positive attitude, are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills is necessary.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment is important.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are beneficial.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times is crucial.
