Responsibilities

• Aid customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
• Offer complementary products to enhance purchases.
• Accept cash and credit card payments for merchandise.
• Ensure cash register accuracy.
• Create special orders as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries, provide price quotes, and gather customer contact information.
• Support the organization and cleanliness of the general merchandise department.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory, verifying receipts against purchase orders.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, demonstrating empathy and excellent customer service.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and staging.
• Participate in all required training.
• Comply with company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing and positive personality.
• Punctuality and flexibility to handle varying schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVRA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Professional appearance maintained at all times.
