About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Hardware Program Manager to join their Memory Subsystem team. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, developing methodologies and processes, and driving alignment across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between project stakeholders including marketing, engineering teams, operations, and external silicon partners.
  • Ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • Develop and implement HW methodologies and Project management processes and tools.
  • Coordinate execution of complex ASIC programs, including memory subsystems, high-speed interfaces, and external semiconductor vendors.
  • Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners such as DRAM vendors, IP providers, and manufacturing partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 12 years of experience in HW program management in semiconductor, ASIC, or complex hardware development programs.
  • Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer and vendor facing roles.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HW development, silicon design, memory technologies (DRAM, HBM, LPDDR, GDDR).
  • Experience coordinating with external silicon vendors, DRAM suppliers, or semiconductor partners.
  • Proven technical leadership.
  • Experience in customer facing roles.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

  • Base salary range: $200,000 - $322,000 for Level 5, and $240,000 - $379,500 for Level 6.
