Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of the hospitality hardware portfolio
  • Define a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with hardware strategy and manage dependencies
  • Lead new product initiatives through discovery to launch
  • Interact with merchants to identify and prioritize workflow improvements
  • Ensure supplier accountability on features, quality, and timelines
  • Collaborate with teams across various functions to execute product launches effectively

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager in hardware or hardware-enabled SaaS environments
  • At least 1-2 end-to-end hardware product launches
  • Ownership of the full hardware lifecycle from discovery to deprecation
  • Experience with hospitality workflows like Payments and POS systems
  • Cross-functional leadership experience across Product, Design, and Operations
