Responsibilities
- Manages the project work as defined by the government and leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large Hardware related projects.
- Provides highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
- Travel 10%–20% CONUS/OCONUS as needed to rack and stack hardware, interpret a CRL, and cable racks based on technical documentation.
- Develops schedules and logistical strategies for managing hardware across the program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree with 15 years, or High School/GED with 20 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Technical Lead in hardware deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow and/or other ticketing systems.
Physical Requirements
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
- Occasionally move within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual meetings, which may include delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
