Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist the engineers to solve the engineering issue timely.
- Set up HW testing and debug environment.
- Collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause.
- Support the manufacturing debug team troubleshoot.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.
- Measure the signal waveform and support the bring up test
Required Skills/Abilities
- Operate the oscilloscope and Digital multi-meter
- Solder wire and rework PCB board
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and diligence
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of/Experience in/Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture
- Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills
- Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role
- Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable
- Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
