What's the Job?

Collaborate on an agile team to design and develop new industrial automation products, including overall architecture and hardware verification. Program, analyze, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Prepare comprehensive product design documentation and detailed test reports to support development and regulatory compliance. Lead technical initiatives such as researching emerging technologies, implementing new circuit design tools, and troubleshooting hardware failures. Work with technical peers to implement test automation and design simulation, fostering innovation and efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cross-functional product development environments
  • Proficiency with design capture tools, reading and understanding schematics, and in-depth knowledge of circuit theory and operation
  • Experience with hardware test equipment such as debuggers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset focused on learning and mentorship
