Hardware Design Engineer

Full-time, on-site position in Richardson, TX.

About the role

Design and develop board-level hardware and PCB layouts encompassing analog, digital, microcontroller, RF, RFID, and power-supply circuits. Collaborate within a design team to deliver cohesive products, debug hardware, and apply innovative problem-solving to meet project deadlines. Ability to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout using OrCAD and Allegro
• Debug hardware designs
• Manage bills of materials (BOM)
• Work in an office environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of direct hardware design experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
