About the role
We are looking for a Hardware team member to join our St. John, IN location. This role requires availability to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Shelf facing and stocking
- Physical receiving of inbound shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)
- Order pulling and staging
- Inventory counts
- Daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks
- Develop product knowledge
- Resolve issues as they arise
- Provide suggestions for improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and exhibits professionalism
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Proficient scoring on all candidate testing
