Hardware and Digital Services Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering services, including documentation, product data packages, and hardware coordination
• Oversee the production of customer deliverables and ensure high service quality
• Identify and deploy new technology methods to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Work with cross-functional teams (project engineering, sourcing, quality) to develop and implement innovative solutions
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction including accurate and near-real time status reporting

Qualifications

• US Citizenship Requirement due to compliance with U.S. export control laws, regulations and contractual requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product engineering or related roles
• Strong knowledge of documentation, product data packages, and hardware coordination processes
• Proven track record of successfully executing and overseeing customer deliverables
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated team leadership and development skills
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and technology / process deployment
• Experience with engineering and automation tools (Teamcenter, DOORS / DOORS NG, Rational Publishing Engine, SAP, MS Office, WRS, Tableau)
• Process knowledge of customer requirements and quality flow down
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
