Responsibilities

  • Assist in the generation of the appropriate Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) in the Navy Acquisition Management System’s (AMS) Procurement Management Tool (PMT) for Hardware contracts.
  • Support the maintenance of a current list of required items that are to be procured and provide support in the preparation of procurement documentation, including any documents required to complete a Purchase Requisition (PR).
  • Assist the Government with the generation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) notices for Government review and submission.
  • Support the documentation of planned and actual dates for procurement timelines and track the status of all on-going Division hardware acquisition packages from initial planning phases, award, execution, and closeout both within Navy ERP and CI&IDS Division tracking tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all pre-award and post-award hardware contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Minimum of three years of experience, with at least two years of experience in Navy ERP to include analyzing, controlling, planning, organizing, budgeting, administering, or managing projects or activities.

Qualifications

Education requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or
  • No degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories, or
  • Associate degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories.
