Responsibilities
- Support Nicolock staff and customers (dealers, contractor and homeowners) in the following ways:
- Technical Troubleshooting and Repairs
- Product Display Builds & Installation
- Service Calls & Reporting
- Delivery and Logistics Operations
- Sample Deliveries
- Trade-Show Build & Support
- Assist hands-on Product Demonstrations
Requirements
- Three years of hardscape or landscape industry experience preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, organization and proper decision making skills
- Ability to deal with a flexible, fluid schedule
- Travel – most travel will occur within the NJ Region. Periodic overnight travel may be required
- Must live in the within 20 miles to Lindenhurst, NY
- Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
- Must be self-sufficient and motivated
Physical Requirements
- Must have the capability to lift materials and equipment (80 lbs.+)
- Must be able to work outdoors for demonstrations, repairs, display installations, and deliveries
