Responsibilities
- Build teamwork, high morale, and a skilled workforce through strong leadership skills.
- Assist in managing, overseeing, providing training, and mentoring Crew Leaders.
- Take personal responsibility for leadership development.
- Review scope of work, proposals, and drawings.
- Afford assistance in reviewing and approving subcontractor invoices for assigned projects.
- Proactively plan and communicate project schedule dates to all involved parties including the Field Manager, Account Manager, subcontractors, purchasing department, and yard personnel.
- Make daily adjustments to the schedule based on job completions and changes in customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Excellent supervisory and customer service skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related construction field(s).
- Demonstrated organization and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a proven, safe driving record (required).
- Ability to regularly lift 80 lbs.
- Experience operating skid-loader and related construction equipment.
