About the Role

As a Hardscape Construction Crew Member, you will become an essential part of our collaborative team, assisting in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas. You will follow project plans, operate hand and power tools and equipment, prepare and grade sites, and lay pavers and stones with precision. Communication and teamwork with crew members, supervisors, and clients will be key to ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Follow project plans and blueprints for hardscape installations
• Operate hand and power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare and grade sites for construction
• Lay pavers, stones, and other hardscape materials with precision
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with crew members, supervisors, and clients
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in hardscaping or landscaping
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans (preferred)

Pay

$22 - $24 per hour, with overtime available.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with evenings and weekends free.
