• Customer Connection: Greet patrons warmly, engage in vibrant conversation, and provide personalized drink recommendations.
• Menu Wizardry: Develop in-depth knowledge of our drink menu, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings to guide customers through their experience.
• Order Maestro: Manage drink orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery even during busy periods.
• Crafted Creations: Prepare exquisite beverages following signature recipes, with attention to garnishes and presentation.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Alcohol Serving permit through the State of Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and relevant legal regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
