Hard Surface Installers Wanted

About the role

PSG is looking for experienced Hard Surface flooring installers. Enjoy continuous projects throughout the year, even during traditionally slower periods. On‑site materials: all flooring materials will be delivered directly to the installation location, ensuring you have everything you need on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Expert installation of LVP, Laminate, and Wood flooring materials in various settings.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to ensure top‑quality service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Experience: minimum of 2 years in flooring installation.
• Transportation: reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
• Tools: possession of personal installation tools.
• Flexibility: dependable with the ability to adapt to varying project needs.
• Background check: willingness and ability to pass a company‑issued background check for all team members working on‑site.

Additional Requirements

• Insurance: provide a Certificate of Insurance listing our company as additionally insured, including proof of Workers' Compensation if you have employees.
• Licensing: valid contracting and business licenses as required by state regulations.
