Harbor Maintenance I - Powell - Bullfrog Resort and Marina
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and perform repairs and maintenance on boats, buildings, and docks
- Troubleshoot repairs of major plumbing components
- Perform welding repairs and construction assistance if needed
- Be aware of MSDS sheets books and use this information when necessary
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Boat Operation and ability to swim knowledge is required
- Previous irrigation work experience preferred
- Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification and/or Irrigator?s License preferred
- Requires a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to withstand hot and humid conditions for entire shift and may encounter desert animals
- Follows prescribed safety requirements
- Willing to participate in the random drug/alcohol testing pool
- Experience preferred with: Hand Tools, Drills, Saws, Sanders/Grinders, Forklift, Crane/Winches, Ladder, Chase Boat, Hand Truck, ATV 4-Wheeler, Welding Machine, Other Machinery/Equipment
