Troubleshooting, Repairing, and Maintaining
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains Mobile, and Crawler crane equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Performs routine maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and cleaning of equipment
- Operates cranes and aerial equipment at heights to evaluate and verify repairs
- Reads and interprets technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to prepare and execute work
- Completes required work reports accurately
- Maintains and cares for company tools, equipment, and parts inventory
- Provides training or mentorship to other technicians and supports continuous learning
- Accesses, reviews, and closes work orders accurately using the company's maintenance management system
Safety and Operational Standards
- Adheres to all safety protocols and promotes a clean, orderly work environment
Physical and Communication Abilities
- Works flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed
- Physically able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Communicates clearly with team members, vendors, and customers
- Computer proficient with strong email communication skills
Required Experience and Certifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience with shore, friction, and hydraulic cranes (e.g., Liebherr, Link-Belt, American, Demag, Manitowoc)
- TWIC Card or the ability to obtain one
- NCCCO Certification (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) preferred but not required
