About the role

Clothing Hangers/Inspectors will be responsible for sorting clothing, hanging and tagging items, maintaining a safe and neat work environment, and potentially cross-training in other areas such as cash register operations and receiving, pricing, and stocking donations.

Responsibilities

• Sorting clothing: must have an eye for quality and be able to consistently be alert to defects.
• Hanging and tagging clothing: requires avoiding distractions and focusing on efficient and quick work.
• Maintaining a safe and neat work environment: taking pride in the efficiency of their area.
• Potentially cross-training in the following areas: Cash Register; Receiving, pricing and stocking donations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working independently and being organized.
• Dependable and capable of meeting production goals.

Skills

• Eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to focus and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially on evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10am to 8pm, opening at 11AM on Sunday.
