Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, Inc. (Goodwill) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC. About the Role

This role is ideal for a goal-oriented, detail-focused individual who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and meeting production goals. Responsibilities

• Sorting clothing with an eye for quality, ensuring defects are identified and Goodwill’s quality standards are met.
• Hanging and tagging clothing efficiently and quickly while maintaining focus and avoiding distractions.
• Maintaining a safe and neat work environment, taking pride in the efficiency of your area.
• Potential cross-training in the following areas: Cash Register, Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations. (Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Availability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday, 11 AM to 8 PM.
