Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components
- Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
About the Role
The Wohali Golf Course, located in Coalville, UT, is seeking a Part-Time Handyperson to join their team. This position is seasonal and will last 6 months or less. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
