Handyman Services (Commercial Facilities) - Independent Contractor

The Opportunity

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced handyman contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients. We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing repair, maintenance, and small project work to keep operations running smoothly. This is an opportunity to access consistent, project-based and recurring work without the need to prospect, estimate cold, or chase payments.

Requirements

• Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type)
• Worker's Compensation Insurance
• General Liability Insurance
• Federal EIN #
• Other verifiable business
• 18 years of age minimum
• Favorable background investigation results
• You can not be a sole proprietor

Preferred

• Experience working in commercial environments
• Ability to handle multiple service types in a single visit
• Responsive and capable of handling time-sensitive work
