Handyman Remodeler

About the role

We are one of South Hill’s top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies since 2004. We provide quality craftsmanship for all repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects in the Canonsburg area.

Responsibilities

• Work out of your home on your choice of a full-time or part-time basis
• Travel to job sites in the Canonsburg area and nearby suburbs using your own truck or van (option for a company vehicle)
• Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service
• Find and schedule jobs for you

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Good overall knowledge of all trades (Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, Light Plumbing, and Electrical)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Own truck or van
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Residence within our service area which includes: South Hills of Pittsburgh, Washington, the Mon Valley area
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Pass a background check and drug screen

Qualifications

• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
• Own truck or van

Pay

Starting rate of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Potential income can range from $45,000 to $55,000, per year, and we also provide performance bonuses.
