About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and experienced Handyman with skills in multiple trades. The ideal candidate is committed to quality work and customer service, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and enjoys the variety of tasks we offer. Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs, including:
• Carpentry (finish and general)
• Drywall repair, including texture touch-up
• Painting
• Tile work
• Door repair and maintenance
• Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, and tile)
• Caulking and sealing
• Troubleshoot problems and provide prompt, professional resolutions
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, customers, suppliers, and property managers
• Assess properties and identify additional repair opportunities to present to customers
• Maintain punctuality, efficiency, and high integrity to ensure top customer satisfaction
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment safely and professionally

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman experience
• Comfort using technology (tablet and app) for managing job functions
• Own a truck or van (no SUVs or cars) capable of transporting materials such as sheetrock, lumber, and doors
• Comprehensive set of hand tools and power tools
• Clean, presentable work truck or van (no logos, rust, or dents)
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades related to home repair and maintenance

Pay

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no weekend work)
