Handyman - Property Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Respond promptly to service calls and address urgent repair needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high satisfaction levels

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or vocational training is a plus
