Schedule: Monday – Friday (9am - 5pm)
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and minor repairs.
- Respond to urgent needs and complete preventative maintenance schedules across different sites.
Requirements
- Must have a valid New York State Driver’s License.
- Must have a valid New York State Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
