Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Completing Maintenance & Repairs
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers
• Create Life-Long Customers
• Measure Performance Through Customer Satisfaction, Revenue Target, Effective Billing Rate, and Recall Percentage

Requirements

• Live within the area
• Have 8+ years' experience as a paid handyman
• Own your own tools
• Complete a background and driving record check
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to safely work at heights and work overheard for extended periods
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle

Benefits & Pay

• Pay Range: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
• Dependent on experience as a professional handyman and other home repair and maintenance projects
