About the Role

Real Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide a great resident experience by keeping properties looking great and working well. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, focusing on building relationships and ensuring residents love where they live while owners love their investment.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance work including general maintenance; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting; light groundskeeping; light appliance installation/maintenance; trash/large object disposal; pool maintenance; and more
• Handle work orders in an efficient, punctual, and respectful manner
• Perform individual apartment repairs, painting, and cleaning between tenants and during residency
• Maintain property equipment including pools, landscaping, exercise equipment, appliances, heating and cooling systems, overhead doors, and lighting
• Deliver front-line customer service with professional appearance and positive resident interactions
• Identify additional improvement opportunities when visiting properties for work orders

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, etc.)
• Valid driver's license
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Patience with customers and team members, with ability to explain things in understandable terms
• Punctuality and honesty
• Pride in work quality and attention to detail

Pay

$20-$28 per hour
