Handyman/Home Service Technician Lead
About the role
We are searching for a reliable lead home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community, and be part of and lead project teams.
Responsibilities
- Bathroom upgrades/remodel
- Basement finishing
- Drywall repair/patching/caulking
- Flooring repair/installation
- General carpentry
- General home repairs/handyman work
- Kitchen repair/remodel
- Moderate plumbing and electrical work
- Painting interior/exterior
- Fence installation/repair
Requirements
- 8+ years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
- Driver's license, reliable vehicle, standard set of tools
- Legal US citizen, fluent English speaker
Qualifications
- Proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical
