About the role

We are seeking highly motivated professional handymen with varied skill sets in multiple trades for both full and part-time W2 positions. You will use your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Loudoun County and nearby areas, focusing on completing handyman projects without the operational and financial responsibilities of running a business.

Responsibilities

• Perform handyman projects using skills such as carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing, and electrical work
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Interact positively with clients and co-workers
• Provide basic estimates for handyman projects
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems efficiently
• Handle documentation and invoicing accurately

Requirements

• Successful track record as a craftsman with a strong portfolio of trade skills
• Own a standard set of tools and a truck or van
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities
