Responsibilities

- Evaluate client needs and execute diverse repair tasks. - Work independently and as part of a dynamic team. - Tackle everything from minor repairs to more involved maintenance projects. - Read, interpret, and navigate maps within the assigned territory. - Possess experience in siding, soffit, and fascia repair, window replacement, drywall/sheetrock repair, deck repair and building, touch-up painting and general painting, furniture/equipment assembly, carpentry work, minor brick work and tuckpointing, pouring concrete for small projects, fence repair and installation, framing and door adjustments/installation, gutter cleaning and repair, and general handyman tasks.

Requirements

- Strong empathy, listening skills, and excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. - High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or vocational training in a related field preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in home repair and/or commercial maintenance. - Personal tools are required for consideration. - Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and various equipment. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Physical ability to stoop, bend, kneel, stretch, lift, and carry items relevant to repair and maintenance tasks. - Availability to work required business hours without tardiness, interruptions, or early departures.
