About the role

Ace Handyman Services Miami Kendall is seeking highly motivated, widely experienced, professional Craftsmen with skills in multiple trades and exceptional customer service. We provide homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship for all of their repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects – both large and small – inside and outside.

Responsibilities

- Work out of your home on your choice of a full time or part-time basis. - Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service. - Travel to job sites throughout Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. - Perform a variety of tasks including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling. - Minor electrical and plumbing work. - Complete home inspections and estimations. - Interact with clients, property managers, and fellow employees.

Requirements

- Strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor. - Good overall knowledge of all trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling. - Excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities. - Successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred. - Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work. - Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades. - Own reliable and clean truck or van. - Current and valid driver’s license. - Residence within 30 minutes of AHS Miami Kendall office. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong documentation and invoicing skills. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. - Ability to communicate in English.

$25.00-33.00/hr
