About the role

Responsible for providing maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial settings. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems
• Install and repair electrical systems
• Perform general home repairs and renovations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in construction or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of common household appliances and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
