Handyman/Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, trim, doors, and windows for residential and commercial projects.
• Complete handyman repairs.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and project specifications to ensure accurate work.
• Install cabinetry, flooring, drywall, and other structural or cosmetic components.
• Diagnose issues in existing structures, recommend solutions, and maintain a safe, organized job site.
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding project progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, construction, or handyman services.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans accurately.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions.
• Self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently or as part of a team.
