Handyman / Carpenter

Your Responsibilities as a Handyman / Carpenter

• Create, present, and sell project estimates
• Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
• Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks with efficiency and quality
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Manage and acquire materials as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications

• Live within the service area
• At least 8 years of proven experience as a handyman / carpenter, with skills in various trades
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug test
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Have your own professional grade tools for a wide variety of jobs
• Possess valid driver’s license and can be insured for driving our vehicle
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Comfortable safely working at heights and overhead for extended periods of time
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle
• Strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following: Carpentry, Bathroom improvements, Kitchen improvements, Painting, Drywall work, minor and major repairs, Minor plumbing and electrical, Floor installation and refurbishing, Familiar with building codes

• The pay range for this position is $1,100.00 to $1,800.00 per week
