Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in a timely fashion
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks
- Undertake duties as assigned
- Troubleshoot and evaluate needed repairs
- Responds to afterhours emergency calls, if needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a handyman or maintenance technician preferred
- Experience working with tools and electrical equipment
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing and home maintenance
- Good communication
- Well-organized and ability to stay on task
- Attention to detail
- Has tools and equipment to perform all aspects of home repair/maintenance
- Driver's License and a reliable vehicle is required
