Handyman
Job Duties
- Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, and minor carpentry
- Handle back plumbing tasks
- Perform minor electrical work
- Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets and appliances
- Assemble furniture and fixtures as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe work environment
Requirements
- Experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and construction systems
- Able to use hand and power tools safely
- Able to work with other crew members
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25,000 to $35,000 annually.
Schedule
Shifts available Wednesday - Sunday from 11:30am to 8:00pm.
