Handyman

Job Summary

Primetone is a fast-growing company in the property restoration, maintenance, and renovation industry, and we are seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment renovations and unit turns
• Complete monthly painting for property management (PM) and building hallways
• Support CAPEX projects as assigned
• Install and replace turf (artificial or natural)
• Paint common areas and building interiors/exteriors
• Install and replace flooring, including carpet installation and removal
• Perform window installation, replacement, and waterproofing
• Install and replace shower doors
• Perform concrete repair and maintenance
• Carry out general carpentry work
• Perform reglazing services
• Aid with basic HVAC-related tasks (as applicable)
• Perform general handyman and maintenance services as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction-related work
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
• HVAC Certified (optional based on need)
• Able to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
