About the role

Requirements

• 5+ year successful track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Own standard set of tools
• Valid Driver's License & a Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable with a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor, and good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical

Pay

Starting pay rate is between $25 and $30 per hour, depending on experience.
