About the role

Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division to invest in talented individuals who deliver hands‑on quality and reliability. The company currently has a team of about 20 technicians nationwide and aims to double in size by the end of 2027. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
• Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems on the first trip
• Communicate necessary information to internal teams to provide clients with the most cost‑effective, efficient solutions
• Use multiple types of power and hand tools
• Conduct repairs such as patching drywall, painting, replacing drop‑ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and other building‑maintenance tasks
• Operate and maintain the company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Team‑oriented player with ability to work independently
• Demonstrate strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience
• Flexibility to travel within the tristate area when needed
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Open to weekend and after‑hour shifts
