Handyman

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
• Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip
• Communicate with internal teams’ necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions
• Use multiple types of power and hand tools
• Conduct repairs such as, but not limited to; patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and any other building maintenance tasks
• Operate and maintain company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services

Job Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team orientated player with ability to work independently
• Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience
• Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed
• Prioritize and meet deadlines
