• Specific qualifications for the role include:
• A successful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience (strongly preferred)
• The ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• To own a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• To own a truck or van
• To have a current and valid driver’s license
• To reside within the service area which includes: the northern Pittsburgh territories Ross, McCandless, Sewickley, Cranberry, Wexford, Gibsonia, Mars, Allison Park, Hampton, Fox Chapel area
• To possess excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• To have strong documentation and invoicing skills
