About the role

We are the nation's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company. Since 2019, we have provided homes and businesses in WNC with quality craftsmanship for all repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Work out of your home on your choice of a full-time or part-time basis
• Travel to job sites in Highlands NC and nearby areas using your own truck or van
• Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service
• Find and schedule jobs for you

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, professional appearance and demeanor
• Good overall knowledge of all trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical
• Excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Own truck or van
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Residence within 30 miles of the city of Highlands, NC
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Pass a background check and drug screen

Qualifications

• Successful prior track record as a Handyman/Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home Handyman Repairs experience, strongly preferred
• Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Own truck or van
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Residence within 30 miles of the city of Highlands, NC
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
