About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, multi-skilled Handyman committed to quality work and customer service. Ideal candidates are independent thinkers with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a desire to enjoy the variety of tasks we offer.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs, including:
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical
• Assess properties and communicate potential repairs or additional work to customers
• Earn customer confidence by addressing small repairs and demonstrating capability for larger projects
• Maintain punctuality, efficiency, and high integrity to exceed customer expectations
• Collaborate as an integral part of a winning team

Requirements

• 3+ years of handyman experience
• Own truck or van and tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades, including:
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Electrical
• Troubleshooting skills: ability to quickly assess problems and determine effective solutions
• Presentable appearance and organized tools
• Clean-cut appearance and decent-looking vehicle

Skills

• Good overall knowledge of tools and their appropriate use for specific tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers
