Job Summary

Ace Handyman Services Panama City has immediate hiring opportunities for Multi-Skilled Craftsman to join their team servicing customers along the Emerald Coast. They are looking for experienced, professional Handymen and Handywomen with a strong work ethic, incredible attention to detail, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing drywall, fixing plumbing issues, deck repairs, painting, replacing fixtures, siding repairs and more.
• Utilize carpentry skills to build and repair structures, furniture, and other items as needed.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address their maintenance needs.
• Drive to various job sites to complete tasks efficiently.
• Able to estimate amount of time and charge accordingly.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills when discussing project details with clients and team members.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Aid in the installation of fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary follow-up work.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used for each job.

Requirements

• Ability to perform all types of quality handyman repairs.
• Be able to educate customers in upselling additional work.
• Own tools to perform all the trades.
• Pass Background check, driving record and drug screening.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be tech savvy to use our dispatching and billing platform, Service Titan.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
