What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist craftsmen on real job sites (repairs, installs, light remodel work)
• Move materials, prep/clean job sites, and keep projects running smoothly
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Learn how jobs are actually done in the field

Pay & Setup

• $22/hour
• Paid per job
• Bi-weekly direct deposit
• Flexible—take work when it’s available and fits your schedule

Non-Negotiables

• Show up on time. Every time.
• Respond to calls/texts within a few hours—not days
• Don’t disappear after your first job
• Have reliable transportation
• Be respectful in customers’ homes
